Plot Predictions: Presumably SHIELD are going to be particularly interested in developments around a massive, powerful alien God invading the Earth, which means we'll see Hill in her position of power at the top of what remains of the organisation. Last we saw her, she was at the New Avengers facility, so maybe she's now just working behind the scenes for them and will be Captain America's contact with the outside world as Agent 13 effectively was in Civil War?
Presumably, too, she will be held at least partly accountable for allowing the Avengers to run around unrestricted and will be under strict observation by whatever agency replaces General Ross.
