By the look of it, Infinity War will be making a stop in Wakanda, which suggests that might become one of the Infinity Stones' sanctuaries in the run-up to the ensemble.

That would explain why the Dora Milaje appear (as well as other Wakandan tribes), and Chadwick Boseman has already hinted that there are indeed some scenes set in the mystical African nation.
