Avengers: Infinity War - Every Character Confirmed So Far

Confirmed By: Set shots, IMDB and Terry Notary.

By the look of it, alongside Thanos will stand his right-hand man and leader of the Black Order, Corvus Glaive, thanks to set photos from the Edinburgh shoots that appeared to show the character's immediately recognisable staff being wielded.

We could also have guessed, since mo-cap actor Terry Notary told The Hollywood Reporter previously that he's playing Thanos' lieutenant:

I’m working on four characters right now. I’m working with Josh Brolin and three other actors [in Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War], and I’m playing Josh Brolin’s right hand bad guy in the film. I can’t say the name of the character or I think Marvel will sever my head, but I apply those same principals of what it means to drop bullsh*t and just play a character truly evil. And it’s working. [Laughs] It’s truly working.

On top of that, IMDB has him credited as “Cul Obsidian”, which is wrong, since that's what the Black Order are known as, but it's a nice little hint all the same.

Plot Predictions: Knowing that Corvus Glaive is involved in the scenes shot in Edinburgh with Vision and Scarlet Witch, it seems likely that Thanos will send his Black Order to Earth to attempt to retrieve the Mind Stone from Vision.

It's doubtful they will succeed, regardless of how powerful they are, but that should set up Thanos himself turning up to pluck it out of the robot's forehead.
