12. Ebony Maw Hates Doctor Strange

Ebony Maw's feud with Doctor Strange is one of the easy highlights of Infinity War's first half, as he creepily taunts Strange by insisting he'll remove the Time Stone off his corpse, and once Strange reminds him he won't be able to remove it from a dead man, Maw adds, "You'll only wish you were dead."

Maw is easily the most fleshed-out, interesting and entertaining member of Thanos' Black Order, thanks to Vaughan-Lawlor's unsettling vocal performance, the awesome character design and his intriguing power set.

The creature manages to subdue Strange and almost torture him to death, but of course, Iron Man and Spidey (Tom Holland) ultimately had other plans.
