Thanos' warning isn't even the biggest thing in the 'Snap' TV spot, which is impressive given the universe-ending implications it carries. No, the biggest reveal comes courtesy of Doctor Strange, who tells Tony Stark that he went forward in time to see all of the possible outcomes, with Tony asking "Did we win any?"

There's no answer, but Strange's face says it all.

This opens up a raft of questions about the rules of time travel within the MCU, which haven't yet been fully defined. Has he REALLY been forward in time, or is this just a sort of ominous, vague warning about what he's sensed? And if he has been forward and seen multiple outcomes, then that could necessitate him not only going forward in time, but also hopping between different dimensions too (which could link into the Quantum Realm and Ant-Man and the Wasp). Either way, it's a potential game-changer, and means the Time Stone is even more powerful than we realised.
