30. Wounded Peter Parker?
In the very next image, we see Tony Stark wearing civilian attire as he holds someone's dirty, limp hand. It's pretty safe to assume that this hand belongs to Peter Parker, considering some of the action we see Spidey get up to later in the trailer, and the quasi-paternal bond Stark and Parker have.
Some fans are already speculating that this is hinting at the web-slinger's demise at the end of the movie (which will in turn be reversed with the help of the Eye of Agamotto), but it's much more likely that Spidey's just been horribly wounded, and will need decent recovery time ahead of Avengers 4.
29. The Hulk Arrives At Sanctum Sanctorum
Whether or not it's related to Thanos' attack, at some point The Hulk winds up crashing through the roof of 177A Bleecker Street, the Sanctum Sanctorum itself, to the surprise of a very bemused Doctor Strange and Wong.
Right from the start of the trailer, it's great to see disparate superheroes being thrown together, and the more clumsy and messy the means, the more fun it's likely going to be.
Whether or not Strange and Wong got to see the big green guy up close before he reverted to Banner remains to be seen. That could be a surprise for later on in the film.
