Avengers: Infinity War Trailer Reactions: 8 Ups & 3 Downs

1. The Music

The real star of the trailer is Alan Silvestri's stunning score. It was already the kind of music that raised the hairs on the back of your neck, but in this new composition and combined with the other dramatic elements of the trailer, it's unbelievably effective.

Considering the criticisms the MCU has faced for its perceived lack of identity (particularly in terms of music), this Avengers theme has done incredibly well to build a personality of its own. And it's never been as rousing or as brilliantly affecting as it is in this trailer. Just try and resist the goosebumps.

And now on to the negatives...
