From the moment his parents brutally died in front of him, Bruce Wayne was never the same and soon vowed to bring the criminals of Gotham to justice when the police were unable to do so.

Over the years, there's been many faces of Batman. Who you think of as Batman might not be the same as your friends, colleagues or even parents. For many, Michael Keaton could be the ultimate Batman, whilst for some Christian Bale may be the one you think of as the Dark Knight. Then there will be others who consider Ben Affleck or perhaps even Robert Pattinson as their Batman.

No matter who it is that puts on the cape and tights, Batman is always the same. He's a loner who looks for vengeance. A man who struggles with the idea of being a rich playboy and instead dedicates his life to fighting crime, Batman is ultimately a detective and a vigilante. The hero Gotham needs.

With Batman appearing in many films over the years, only the biggest fans of the Caped Crusader will be able to identify those movies by just one image. Let's see if you can prove to be as good a detective as the World's Greatest Detective.
