Batman Triumphant: 8 Reasons Warner Bros Are Mad To Kill It

1. Batman Forever> Batman Returns

Batman Forever The potential of any talent can only be judged on track record, or we enter the realms of speculation, and the internet should always be committed to the pillars of truth and information above all else. So with that in mind, it's still wholly possible that Triumphant could be as good as Schumacher's best Batman film, which is actually the second best of the modern Batman films, without a shadow of a doubt. Forever is a gem of a comic book movie - it is perfectly cast (although Tommy Lee Jones' Two Face is a little too close to Jack Nicholson' s Joker,) it is just unrestrained enough and the story line is far more engaging than the operatic nonsense that Batman Returns became by the end. Yes Returns has its moments, but overall, Forever is the superior film of the two, and it is certainly more entertaining. So, if so many people were willing to give Tim Burton another go at Batman, the logical response is that on the strength of Batman Forever, Schumacher deserves another go as well. We'll all just have to agree to strike Batman & Robin from the record. Would you still like to see Batman Triumphant make it to the big screen? Share your thoughts below.
