When Bats returns to his lair, the Batmobile whizzes down a snazzy tunnel before entering a cavernous portion of the Batcave and crossing a little bridge. This whole sequence was rendered digitally, with the film's VFX unit creating the entire environment and the car moving through it on their computers.

Admittedly, finding an actual cave where this could be filmed would've been impossible, and building a real set would've cost an awful lot of money for less than a minute of the movie. If they priced it up and CGI was cheaper than doing it for real, who can blame them? It still looks very cool, and most people wouldn't have even noticed.
