5. Jena Malone Has Been Cut From The Movie

While it was initially reported that The Hunger Games' Jena Malone would be playing Carrie Kelly in Batman v Superman, recent reports have claimed that it's actually Barbara Gordon who she's been cast as. Well, regardless of which is true, we won't find out until that recently announced R-Rated cut hits Blu-ray later this year as it's now been confirmed that the actress has now been completely cut from the theatrical version. It sounds like she's been saved for the "Ultimate" edition of the movie (which EW reveals contains "even more brutal fight scenes as well as additional hints at future films"), and while a specific reason isn't given, it seems to be a time issue. Batman v Superman clocks in at a bum-numbing two hours and thirty one minutes, so cutting Malone's character out is probably for the best and likely a scene that she's not essential here.
