6. The Supernatural DC Universe

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is set to branch out in to the realm of the supernatural. Doctor Strange's titular movie in 2016 will open up a whole host of awesome potential new characters, locations, items and concepts that haven't been able to be explored so far, as 99% of what has been show so far has been firmly based on science (not necessarily anything close to science fact, but science nonetheless). This will just be one more thing that the Marvel Cinematic Universe has over the DC Cinematic Universe - and there are already several things - so DC need to play catch-up and quick. Some kind of hint towards a supernatural element in Batman Vs Superman would be cool. A Justice League Dark movie has been touted for some time and Constantine is currently proving popular on the television, so those things could be a basis on which to include an Easter egg of sorts, while both Batman and Superman have enemies who are mystical and/or demonic in nature. It really wouldn't be difficult to squeeze something in that suggests the DC Cinematic Universe might have some supernatural elements in the future.
