6. Lex Luthor Ordered To Take Superman Down
Justice League War follows the New 52 origin story of the Justice League (New 52 is a re-launch of all of DC comic titles and characters) and if they are the likely arcs which will inspire the DC cinematic universe then we have our first spoiler regarding what role Lex Luthor will play in the Man Of Steel sequel. This version of Lex Luthor will be a billionaire industrialist and genius who is recruited by the government to investigate Superman following the events of Man Of Steel and figure out a way to take him down. Lex though has a hidden agenda. In the Man Of Steel sequel it's likely Lex Luthor will set a series of traps designed to test Superman to gauge his strengths and weaknesses resulting in him capturing the Man Of Steel. Cue some gruesome torture scenes where we will see Jesse Eisenberg's Luthor in all his malicious glory. This could be the moment of the film where Batman and Superman meet; with either Batman helping Superman escape or contacting him after he's escaped of his own volition, because Batman has information regarding what Luthor is really up to...
