5. Daredevil
One of the biggest reasons the comic book community got so bent out of shape over the casting of Ben Affleck as batman was because of his mediocre (at best) performance as Marvel superhero Daredevil back in 2003. Although Daredevil was indeed a hideous movie it will certainly provide Affleck with the inspiration he requires on exactly how NOT to make a superhero movie. Ben Affleck is not to blame for the terrible Daredevil movie. Sure he was pretty rubbish in the titular role but there was plenty of other factors at work that helped it become the suck-fest it finished up as. Studio indifference to the project, bizarre casting decisions and pointless cuts all contributed but that's hardly going to be the case this time round. There's no way Warner will dismiss a Batman Vs Superman movie as being something trivial. The future of two massive cash cow franchises hangs in the balance so if anything Warner will be a little too hands on with the production. Affleck will also have learned what works and what doesn't when it comes to playing a big name hero. Hopefully Ben will also have learned that fight sequences should never ever take place in a kids playground on a see-saw. Ever.
