Though a strange film to release after Infinity War, Ant-Man & The Wasp nevertheless establishes the importance of the Quantum Realm and runs concurrent to Infinity War, at least in part with the end syncing up with the Decimation at the end of Infinity War. Watch it before though, because it's spread over longer and watch the last four episodes of season 5 of Agents of SHIELD too.
