Birds Of Prey Trailer 2 Review: 6 Ups & 3 Downs

2. It Looks Like A Lot Of Fun

Now that we've seen both Birds of Prey trailers, it's clear that this film is going to be all about putting on a show - and an absolutely wacky one at that.

The first trailer showcased multiple stylized action sequences alongside some pretty unique fantasy scenes, and the second built upon all that, giving us new shots of the latter along with some new action-packed showdowns.

Harley is on fire as always, and even though the Birds don't get all that much character time, they do hold their own in the fight scenes we've been shown, as Huntress and Black Canary take down some of Black Mask's goons in particularly memorable fashion. On top of all that, we have explosions, lights and a ton of aesthetically-pleasing backdrops the whole way throughout.

Right now, Birds of Prey looks like a balls-to-the-wall thrill-ride that just doesn't take itself too seriously. It's loud, it's noisy and it's completely in-your-face. And, you know what? That's pretty cool.
