4. Are Ulysses Klaue & Erik Killmonger Really Dead?

The Question: It's a superhero movie, so you always have to ask this question. Though Ulysses Klaue and Erik Killmonger appear to die in the film, are they really gone for good?

The Likely Answer: Yes, they're dead and most probably not coming back. We saw Klaue's corpse and the Wakandans presumably dealt with it in such a way that Klaue wouldn't be able to survive (either being buried or cremated).

Killmonger could perhaps be resurrected by some nifty Wakandan tech, but it'd massively undermine the unexpectedly tragic nature of his demise, and more to the point, the MCU already has a stakes issue when it comes to death, so why make that even worse?

A Killmonger cameo in the ancestral plane in Black Panther 2 would be tolerable, though this is unlikely as he's not anyone's ancestor. Face it: they're both gone for good.
