2. So, Bucky Was Just Hiding In A Hut?

When T'Challa is assumed dead and Nakia, Ramona, Shuri and Everett Ross flee for their own lives to set up a rebellion against Killmonger's forces, fans could have been forgiven for wondering where the hell Bucky was.

Last we'd seen him, he was going into cryosleep to get over his Winter Soldier mental wounds, and since he wasn't spotted anywhere else around Wakanda in Black Panther, he must have still been there, Otherwise, Shuri must have felt confident that he was protected enough to not give him a second thought when they fled...

But then the post-credits scene reveals that Bucky is in fact just in a hut somewhere, chilling and waiting for Shuri to continue his deprogramming. So, presumably, it's absolutely fine that a former assassin who still isn't fully fixed is just kicking around with local children. Not dangerous at all.
