19. You Created Your Own Damn Villain

It's not an unprecedented thing, but T'Chaka and Zuri literally create themselves a villain completely needlessly. By abandoning Killmonger - for precisely no reason whatsoever - in Oakland, they make sure he's poisoned against Wakanda and the king. And this is in full knowledge that his father was a radical who may have imprinted his militance on his son already.

Way to know, smart guys.

But. come to think of it, how does Killmonger work out that it was T'Chaka who killed his father? He has no proof whatsoever, other than seeing the lights from a ship he couldn't possibly recognise as belonging to the king. Fair enough his father could have told him he had reason to believe his brother was going to murder him, but N'Jobu had no idea T'Chaka even knew about his betrayal, so there wasn't a time.

Killmonger merely jumped to the right conclusion by accident.
