Michelle Williams,
Bryce Dallas Howard and
Evan Rachel Wood (being the "half" big name) have all signed up for a
Bronte Sisters biopic due to start filming this September. British director
Charles Sturridge will helm the picture says
Variety. The Bronte Sisters were of course responsible for the famous early 19th century novels Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights and The Tenant of Wildfell Hall which were all remarkably written by a different sister. They were a talented bunch for sure. According to
IMDB's page for the movie, there are some familiar names already attached to the picture, which include
Jonathan Rhys Meyers,
Hugh Dancy and
Ben Chaplin. Interestingly IMDB also claim
Nathalie Press (as Emily Bronte) and
Emily Barclay (as Anne Bronte) as being in the movie which we now have to presume has changed with the new additions of Howard and Wood. Michelle Williams is already listed as playing the role of Charlotte Bronte. Next year's attempt at the
Pride and Prejudice audience then?
