11. Where Are Hulk And Thor?
As mentioned, this film is a who's who of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but there are two big (literally) exceptions: Hulk and Thor. Age of Ultron ended with Hulk jetting off to somewhere he won't be a threat (apparently that place is Fiji...) while Thor headed back to Asgard. While they've clearly got their own problems to be dealing with, they are notable by their absence here as the only two of the Avengers not appearing in the movie. You would think that if the events are so major as to drive their teammates to war with each other, they would get word of it, and make an appearance either to choose sides (Banner would surely go with Stark, and Thor with Cap) or to try and stop things, so what exactly is going on preventing them from turning up?
