5. Why Was There A Random Surveillance Camera On A Country Road?

The Question: Why was there a random surveillance camera on the lone country road where Bucky ends up killing the Starks?

The Likely Answer: The most apparent answer would be that HYDRA required Bucky to record the kill as proof, but then why the hell would he shoot the camera afterwards? It doesn't make any sense at all, so we have to immediately disregard this explanation.

This is one of those plot points that's really just "because it happened", and so you need to just roll with it if you want to enjoy the film. Yes, it's enormously silly that a single camera would be hanging out in a tree or something, but for the purposes of exposition, that's exactly what happened, OK?
