Captain America: Civil War - 13 Big Questions From Super Bowl Spot

12. Why Does He Try To Shoot Tony?

In one of the trailer's standout moments, Bucky tries to shoot Tony Stark right in the genius-billionaire-playboy-philanthropist's face, at point blank range no less. The first trailer already revealed that there will be a 2-on-1 fight between Bucky, Captain America, and Iron Man, so we know these two are going to come into close contact in the movie, but this is something entirely different from that. For a start, they're wearing civilian clothes, rather than being suited up for battle, and Tony looks completely shocked (as well you might when someone tries to shoot you from less than arm's length away). Is this a part of the Civil War, with Bucky going a little too far in trying to help out his ol' buddy Cap, or - given the way this follows the scene of him all wired up - has he been brainwashed again, with the purpose of killing Tony Stark. If that is the case, then who's responsible for it?
