10. Scarlet Witch Dies, Vision Leaves Earth

The Rumour: During the climactic battle, Scarlet Witch will die, causing Vision, with whom she shares a bond, to become disillusioned with Earth and head off into space.

How Much We Believed It: While on one hand it's tough to believe that both Maximoff twins would be killed off so quickly, Vision heading into space does have tantalising possibilities for the MCU, as he could meet up with the Guardians of the Galaxy, or it could lead to him being caught by Thanos and surrendering the Mind Stone. Basically, we neither believed it nor outright decried it. 4/10

The Truth: Scarlet Witch thankfully survives the events of Civil War, and no, Vision doesn't leave Earth at the end (as cool as that might've been).
