That looks like a new stream-lined helmet, a trimmed down suit and a slightly different design, including the loss of the red shoulder pads. Despite the importance his belt played in the mechanics of the suit, it's also been removed, which is curious, and it looks like the red buttons on the arms, shoulders and hips have been toned down. All-in-all, he looks more modern and less like he's wearing a suit invented in the 60s, which is exactly what's happening.
