He looks cool, as usual: like a stripped down, emo Iron Man. It looks like his hand-mounted cannon has had an improvement, and his shoulder gun actually looks like it's now smaller than it was in Age Of Ultron. And that face mask definitely looks a lot angrier than it did last time it was seen - probably because of the change of his bulbs from white to red. Way to subtly suggest Iron Man's team are the bad guys. Obviously the 3 on his arm denotes what model the suit is, in the grand tradition of its creator's suit.
