Captain America: Civil War New Trailer - 12 Things You Might Have Missed
8. The Raft
There is a prison used in the Civil War storyline from the comics known as Prison 42, which is where Iron Man and others hold superheroes who don't agree to the Superhero Registration Act. They can't exactly do that in the movie, however, as the prison exists in the Negative Zone, and is in part created by Mr Fantastic, with all those rights belonging (unfortunately) to Fox. There is another prison that exists in the Marvel universe though, called The Raft. Based near New York, and contained underwater, it's used to house super-villains. Here, as we see the big prison structure rising from the water, it looks as though they're going with an amalgamation of The Raft and Prison 42.
NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far.
A mix of wise-old man in a young man's body with a child-like wonder about him and a great otherworldly sensibility.
