Captain America: Civil War Review - 13 Non-Spoiler Reasons It's The Best Marvel Movie Ever

12. Vision

Captain America Civil War Cap Brood
Marvel Studios

Paul Bettany stole the show as Vision in last year's Avengers: Age of Ultron. He doesn't repeat that thievery in Captain America: Civil War, but only because everyone else is so good. Vision is still a fascinating presence in the new film as we see him searching for a balance between his synthezoid self and his desire to live out a more human experience.

You've probably already seen him in his domestic attire, complete with a wonderful sweater. Being human, though, also means dealing with the issues that plague humanity and Vision is game for that, voicing his thoughts on the Sokovia Accords very clearly. His opening remarks on the matter are worth paying close attention to because Markus and McFeely have given him such eloquent dialogue that holds validity for each side of the debate.

Also, listen closely, as Vision's comments can also be interpreted as the Marvel movies' biggest acknowledgment of what's been going on in Marvel Television.
