One of the most talented female actresses' working today has signed on for a role in the currently untitled
Indiana Jones IV movie. None other than the awesome
Cate Blanchett. It's not yet known what character she will be will playing. It could be his wife, a villain like the gal from
The Last Crusade or just a general love interest/explorer? No-one knows anything at this point. However if it is a love interest, then I guess we won't be seeing
Karen Allen return as Marion which personally, I was quite hoping would happen. Great actresses' though with an extremely versatile depth and range. That's probably why we are left wondering what type of character she will be playing because we are all convinced she can do anything! source -
