Comic-Con 2015: 10 Movie Announcements That Would Make It The Best Ever

2. Something About Those Star Wars Anthology Movies...

At Star Wars Celebration earlier this year, Lucasfilm reveal the title and first details about their 2016 Star Wars Anthology movie, Rogue One. It's already been confirmed that they will have a Hall H panel at Comic-Con (which will perhaps be the most in demand one of this year's event), so a new trailer and footage preview for those in attendance is a given. It's also possible that they will reveal the title of Rian Johnson's Star Wars Episode VIII, which in itself would be pretty exciting. However, some details on the second Anthology movie (which is no longer being directed by Josh Trank) would make this a Comic-Con to remember, especially if rumours about it focusing on Boba Fett and Han Solo are true. However, as these movies are set to come every other year (and no doubt possibly more than that if they end up being box office hits), it would be a pleasant surprise to go a little further into the future. Lucasfilm unveiling an entire slate of movies focusing on well-known names like Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, Darth Vader, and even original characters such as those who will appear in Rogue One would leave Star Wars fans positively over the moon.

Josh Wilding hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would appear here.
