In addition to the first official cast photo of Justice League landing, Zack Snyder and co. shockingly dropped a trailer for the movie which was a great deal more in-depth than just about anyone expected, given that the film is well over a year away from release.

The trailer did a fantastic job showing off how bada** Aquaman looks, the look of both The Flash and Cyborg, and Bruce Wayne's hilarious interactions with Ezra Miller's Barry Allen, who looks like he could easily be the movie's MVP.

Even those who hated Batman v Superman might struggle to criticise this: it looks like Snyder has listened to the problems people had with BvS, and though it was too late in the game to make substantial narrative changes, writer Chris Terrio did confirm that the tone on the whole would be lighter this time.

Maybe we'll get burned again, in which case whoever cuts these trailers deserves a raise.
