Dark Phoenix Trailer: 9 Reasons To Be Worried

1. The Trailer Basically Confirms THOSE Plot Leaks

No spoilers here for anyone who chooses not to read leaks, but this trailer damn-near confirms that the troubling test screening spoilers which leaked online several months ago are indeed real.

While it's certainly possible some of the more alarming spoilers could be re-jigged in re-shoots, it's clear from some of the trailer images that plenty of the more eye-rolling leaks have remained in tact, namely the death of a certain character and particular baffling aspects of Jean Grey's past.

Plot leaks can never be trusted 100%, of course, but the trailer confirms they weren't just plucked out of thin air, and evidently a lot of the information that's spilled out is somewhat representative of the movie in its current state.

We can only keep our fingers crossed that the most objectionable spoilers are currently being revised as the film enters its final few months of post-production. It's probably best not to get your hopes up, though.
