DC FanDome Schedule: 10 Awesome Panels You Can't Afford To Miss

The DC FanDome schedule has been revealed...here's what to expect from the virtual event!

DC FanDome takes place on August 22nd, and has been described as a "truly immersive, global virtual fan experience with no lines, no badges and completely free to enter." That last part is particularly exciting given how expensive a trip to Comic-Con is, and with over 300 guests recently confirmed (including big names like Robert Pattinson and Dwayne Johnson), it's shaping up to be huge.

Today, Warner Bros. revealed the full schedule for the online event, and while there are lots of exciting comic book, television, film, and video game panels, a handful stand out as being truly must-see.

As expected, movies like The Batman, Black Adam, Wonder Woman 1984, and Zack Snyder's Justice League will all have a role to play, and the official details which have now been revealed drop some big hints about trailers, big reveals, and much more. There's even going to be a noteworthy video game announcement from the team behind Batman: Arkham Origins, so there's something for everyone.

With that in mind, this feature takes an in-depth look at the panels you can't afford to miss on the 22nd, and after frequently being showed up at Comic-Con by Marvel Studios, it truly does feel like this is Warner Bros. the DC Extended Universe's time to shine...

10. Wonder Woman 1984

Had the world been a slightly different place right now, comic book fans would have seen Wonder Woman 1984 way back in June. Instead, the sequel is scheduled to arrive in cinemas this October, and it's understandably set to have a big presence at DC FanDome next weekend.

Taking place at 6pm UK time, Wonder Woman 1984's panel will include appearances from director Patty Jenkins, and stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, and Pedro Pascal. A lot of the 25 minute panel sounds like filler as they'll be answering questions, sharing fan-art, and weighing in on cosplay, but it's also been confirmed that they will "reveal an all-new sneak peek."

"A few more surprises" are also promised, but it's the trailer confirmation which really stands out as being noteworthy, especially as it's been long overdue for some time now. Chances are that will finally reveal Cheetah in all her glory, and this is one heck of a way to kick off DC FanDome.
