Deadpool 2: 102 Easter Eggs, Gags & References Explained
27. X-Men Origins: Wolverine Swords
Again, as revealed in the trailers, we get to see a redo of one of Wade Wilson's best scenes in X-Men Origins (this is not a hard thing to achiever) when Deadpool spins his swords to block Cable's bullets.
It works out less than perfectly in his movie, but the homage is obvious, right down to the bullet chopped in half...
26. Winnie The Pooh
After Juggernaut rips Deadpool in half, he's forced to regrow his legs, leading to an incredibly funny sequence where Wade has baby legs.
He sits in his apartment regrowing his legs with just a shirt on and his genitals out. He calls it going "full Winnie The Pooh" after the famously pantsless bear.
25. The Muppets
When Deadpool has little baby legs, Weasel says he looks like a Muppet, only with a c*ck and balls. "Grover's got a d*ck." You won't look at the Muppets again the same.
