12. How Big Is The X-Force's Role?

While we know that DP2 will set up the planned X-Force movie by introducing Domino (Zazie Beetz), Bedlam (Terry Crews), Shatterstar (Lewis Tan), Zeitgeist (Bill Skarsgård), Peter (Rob Delaney) and Cable (Josh Brolin), how big a part will they play in the overall narrative?

Prediction: Don't expect anyone other than Cable and Domino to have significant roles. It's quite probable that at least a few members of the team won't survive long after being introduced, being comically offed in MacGruber-like fashion mere minutes after showing up.

Bank on there being a number of meta gags about the X-Force movie in the works, but the team will probably be left incomplete by movie's end, with more members to join in the dedicated X-Force film itself. If Shiori Kutsuna's currently unnamed superhero survives the movie, she'll probably make the cut.
