Deadpool 2: Every Character Ranked Worst To Best

13. Black Tom Cassidy

After lots of talk of Jack Kesy's mutant bad guy being one of the main villains in Deadpool 2 (or even being cut as was suggested just before release), in the end, Black Tom Cassidy is no more than a bit-part character occupying the cliched prison bully role.

He has none of his comic book counterpart's powers (and a completely different look, which inspires some good comedy material from Deadpool on the subject of cultural appropriation) but he does hsi job pretty well. Like Sergei, he's there to be provocative and inspire dislike and he definitely manages it.

There's just not a great deal of substance beyond that feeling.
