One notion for the secret cameo being filmed is that it's a return to the X-franchise for Patrick Stewart, who could appear either as himself or Charles Xavier.

Whether that happens or not remains to be seen, but we do get a major nod to Professor X in the trailer, with Wade filling in the role in his wheelchair, while some former Presidents look on, followed by what looks like a Quinjet flying over the mansion.
