A bit more here of Ricky Bak, er, Julian Dennison, as we see him once again flipping the bird, still wearing that yellow jacket, and what might be an inhibitor device to prevent him using his abilities, in what could be a breakout scene. Then, in a completely different sequence, we get a better look at his powers.

The working theory is that he's playing Pyro, and that certainly fits with what we see below, as he's left a blaze of devastation and one that, judging by his face, he didn't entirely intend.
