14. Logan Playing Tonight

In homage to James Mangold and Hugh Jackman insisting that their version of Wolverine seen in Logan isn't set in the same universe as the mainline of X-Men movies, the Deadpool short is set outside a dilapidated cinema that appears to only be showing Logan.

The sign on the frontage confirms the screening, and there's also a frame in the back alley featuring the immediately iconic Logan poster that was based on the Schindler's List image.

That's another reference to the fact that Deadpool also occurs in a different universe to Logan, and further evidence of just how meta the films will continue to be.
