It's all well and good having a bunch of obscure X-Men supporting characters hanging out with (and in the case of Copycat, quite possibly making out with) Deadpool in his movie, but they need a bad guy. Somebody to team up against in the first place, an insurmountable odd to be overcome, a villain that balances out the cosmic ying-yang of their goodness. And he's named after...a powdered household and industrial cleaner? Actually Ajax takes his name from the character from Greek mythology, but same difference. He was actually the second Marvel villain to have the name, but apparently has no connection to the first one, which is why comics are easy and fun and accessible to all and totally not a convoluted mess that has to be cleaned up for the film adaptation so mainstream audiences can join in. He was part of the same post-Weapon X experiments as Deadpool, where he got given enhanced speed, strength, agility etc as implants. Deadpool made fun of him the whole time they were being experimented on, so he swore revenge. Nice motivation. He's being played by British MC Ed Skrein, star of the new Transporter and Daario Naharis from Game Of Thrones.
