Deadpool Leaked Trailer: 6 Things You Need To Know

1. It's Definitely A Hard R

While this teaser for Deadpool may have ultimately been light on any major plot details, it established something far more important: the movie is going to be R-Rated.

Before the footage was even shown, Reynolds confirmed that the studio initially agreed to an R-Rating before going to PG-13, and then finally settling on an R. With the level of swearing (Blind Al - played here by Leslie Uggams - at one point tells Wade that, "It smells like you have a d*ck in your mouth) and violence, it's obviously going to be a hard R too, possibly meaning an 18 rating in the UK.

That could hurt Deadpool at the box office, but it's what fans want, and whether it's with swords or guns, the level of gore doesn't look too over the top, but is still bloody enough to make some cringe!

Wade's scars are also a big talking point in the second half of the trailer, as Weasel (T.J. Miller) can't help but express his disgust at his friend's face (which doesn't actually look as bad as in the comics, but still awful enough for Deadpool to want to hide his face).

What's Weasel's take on it?

"Oh, motherf***er, you are hard to look at. You look like Freddy Kreuger face f***ed a topographical map of Utah. You are haunting. You look like an avocado that had sex with an older avocado."
