As he says at the start, Deadpool has a naughty list. And by the look of it, he thinks Ajax is the big boss judging by the crown hes given him at the top there. Notice nobody above him, so if there is a bigger bad, it's going to come as a surprise to him too. Maybe the Recruiter is more than he seems? Presumably the knives indicate targets that he's already taken down.
