There's something about Vanessa's appearance there that suggests she's a working girl - which also might suggest why she's in a back alley alone at night in the first place. This all presumably leads up to the scene shown in the first trailer where she finds herself locked in a big glass cylinder as Deadpool and Ajax fight over her in the foreground...
