22. "We Can Give You Abilities..."

Weapon X clearly promise to not only take away Wilson's cancer, but also give him extra abilities to augment his fighting skill (the first hint that he was already a military man or a killer of some sort). He presumably accepts the offer - though his face suggests some almighty anxiety...

The most interesting point to note here is that Wilson isn't the only Weapon X project ongoing. In the background there is a huge looking man - very possibly Worm, though he looks too statuesque - with a doctor working on him. To be honest, he looks dead. There's also another mysterious figure glimpsed in a slightly later shot from the trailer...

He appears to be being shepherded by a Weapon X employee, and it actually looks like he's hurting him (is that a whip?), as a little nod to the untold hell Wade is about to go through.
