Ready for Ric Flair: The Movie? Good, for if the Nature Boy
is to be believed then just such a film is on the way.
Speaking on Busted Open, Naitch revealed that not only is
his life being turned into a movie, but that Dwayne Johnson’s Seven Bucks
Productions company is developing the picture.
As Flair put it, “I talked to Dwayne and Dany Garcia and
Hiram Garcia, and they’re gonna collaborate, the last time I heard, for all
this stuff and make a movie with the WWE about me with Sue Levison, who now is
with WWE and is doing a fabulous job. Sue’s got a great background. As soon as
everything gets rolling again, they’ll make that movie. I am looking forward to
that because I’ll have a lot of input.”

Ric Flair obviously is one of the most fascinating,
entertaining stories in the history of professional wrestling – which in turn
begs the question of who the hell can play Ric Flair other than Ric Flair?!
Clearly Flair won’t be able to play himself, but whoever
takes on that role will have a huge task on their hands.

Elsewhere, Flair has now been confirmed to follow in the
footsteps of The Undertaker, Bill Goldberg, Kane, Big Show, and Bret Hart in
joining Steve Austin for an episode of Broken Skull Sessions.
The Nature Boy’s appearance alongside Stone Cold has
reportedly already been filmed, and the episode will air on WWE Network later
this month at a to-be-revealed date.
