The reason why Wolverine ranks so low is because he only appears in X-Men: Apocalypse for an extended cameo of sorts, being unleashed in William Stryker's fortress, slaughtering a ton of his men and leaving.

It's a cool scene (if somewhat undercut by the PG-13 rating), as fans get to see Logan wearing the iconic Weapon X helmet, and we also get a nice moment between him and a younger Jean Grey, where she restores some of his missing memories.

It's a shame Fox gave this cameo away in trailers ahead of time, but it was still one of the best moments in Apocalypse.

Expect Wolverine to rank much higher next year, though, considering how amazing the Logan movie looks.
