1. The Batman

It's apparently still being written, but Matt Reeves recently said that The Batman is "going well" and he "could not be more excited," so that all sounds positive.
The big rumours at the minute have focused on the possible inclusion of The Penguin and whether Ben Affleck will be involved at all. The likelihood is that he won't, with Reeves hiring his own younger Batman to kick off an entirely new era for the Dark Knight, separate from the DCEU mainline. And that definitely wouldn't be a bad thing.
Will It Happen?
There is absolutely no way in Hell Warner Bros aren't making another Batman movie. He's there biggest brand and even a bad movie would make enough money to justify its existence.
Not only is this happening, it will kick off a new trilogy.
