11. Fiona Volpe - Thunderball

Adolph Gettler James Bond
MGM/UA

Fiona Volpe (Luciana Paluzzi) is a very good femme fatale villain and in terms of quality, she positively annihilates her snooze-inducing boss, Emile Largo (Adolfo Celi).

Both alluring and coldly brutal, she's a deeply sinister and deceptive character who always feels like a menacing threat and is inhabited by a good performance too.

Her death scene is weak and unintentionally funny, but aside from that, she's an excellent supporting villain, a really nasty piece of work and one of the best female villains in Bond history.
