EVERY Jurassic Park & World Death RANKED By Stupidity

The Jurassic Park/World franchise is one of the biggest in the history of the business, spanning over 30 years, with seven films bringing in just under $7 billion at the global box office (a quite ridiculous average of almost $1 billion per picture). Naturally, with these stories revolving around dinosaurs being brought back to life, there have been more than a few human characters who have died along the way.

That is to be expected, but what is maybe not so obvious is just how many of those deaths were easily preventable, or were just straight up idiotic.

This is a franchise full of people, sometimes incredibly smart people, making bad decisions. Everything can be traced back to John Hammond's ill-advised idea to bring dinosaurs back to life millions of years removed from their natural environment, but there have been plenty more since then that have ultimately led to people dying. Smaller in scale perhaps than this, though some aren't too far off.

Some of the entries on this list have something of a base level of idiocy, in that certain characters put themselves in situations opposite dinosaurs where bad things were always likely to happen, but from getting lost in the rain to actively stepping into the jaws of one of these beasts, this is a franchise just full of dumb ways to die.

We will start, however, with the few at the bottom of the list that weren't so bad...

The majority of the deaths in Jurassic World: Dominion came at the black market in Malta, though there was just one random citizen who got caught up in the chaos. Just minding his own business, he was chomped on by an Allosaurus as Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) shot by on his motorbike.

Talk about wrong place at the wrong time.
