Every Matt Damon Movie Ranked Worst To Best

33. The Adjustment Bureau (2011)

The Martian Matt Damon
Universal Pictures

One of Damon's more critical slammed efforts, The Adjustment Bureau casts the actor as a congressman who learns his life is being controlled by a mysterious organisation. Falling in love with Emily Blunt, he goes on the run in hopes of creating his own future.

With its mix of sci-fi, mystery and romance, the film makes for a clever thriller that sees Damon is one of his most likeable roles, and features some big, well-handled themes.

It could have taken more risks with the story, but as it is The Adjustment Bureau is a top-notch slice of entertainment.
